Well when sport specific training you want to train to mimic the activity that you are going to be doing the most, that goes along with the conditioning program. In your case you are going to want to do explosive cardio since that is the type of movements you are going to be doing the most of. So i would recommend sprints, jumping rope and distance running. Make your distance running a set time, and try to improve by improving your mile times, basically run faster. This will get you into better shape faster, the same applies to the sprints and jumping rope. Start with 10 40yrd sprints then increase the distance by 10yards each week. The best for fat burn is going to be the sprints.</description>
